This plum balsamic is a naturally fermented balsamic vinegar with 5% acidity. Perfect dressing for all leaf and raw vegetable salads. Our tip: Tastes especially good with lamb's lettuce and oriental salads!
In the Freiburg-based Hakuna Matata manufactory, the traditional art of preserving is revived. Since 2013, owners Michael Hofer and Philip Klingel have been making preserves, extravagant and simple every day! They sell exclusively at the weekly market or in selected delicatessen shops. The products are made with the greatest care, by hand and with a clear conscience, free of harmful substances and chemicals. Only seasonal products go into the jar here, which means no strawberry jam in winter and no citrus fruits in summer. The freshly harvested fruit and vegetables are sourced directly from the farmers and gently preserved. That is true preserving art!
