Fruit Spread with Lemon
Make lemonade from lemons? We have something better: a super delicious jam made from fresh lemons. Tastes pleasantly sweet and slightly tart. The production process for this marmalade is very elaborate: The citrus fruits are cut into fine cubes, pitted and soaked for a day. The juice is boiled until it turns a golden yellow colour. The jars are then filled by hand. The jam makes an excellent breakfast companion, but it also makes a very special salad dressing.
The fruit spreads from Gartenhaus Testorf are like an orchard for bread. Manufacturer Sven uses very little sugar and a lot of fruit for a lot of flavour. For almost twenty years, the manufactory has been producing jams and fruit spreads of a quality that convinces gourmets and star chefs alike. Almost all fruit spreads have a high fruit content of 70 percent and small production quantities are deliberately cooked fresh by hand every day. This creates an exceptionally intense taste.
