This organic rice pudding (arborio) is grown in Tuscany under the best organic conditions and is ideal for preparation: it absorbs the milk without becoming mushy, does not clump and retains a good bite thanks to its size. Because of its high quality, it can also be used for risotto dishes.
Reishunger is a young company from Bremen that is all about the rice grain. It was clear to the manufacturer that mankind deserves better - because, as with most natural products, there are particularly select qualities of rice every year during the harvest season.
