London Dry Gin with 17 regional botanicals, 44% vol. 0.5l

This exceptional London Dry Gin made from 17 selected local herbs and fruits is ideal for all discerning gin fans. The botanicals used include elderflowers, fir-tree honey, dried sage leaves and cranberries, which make the gin a unique treat. The gin is carefully distilled in a copper pot still and, after storage, reduced to drinking strength with pure spring water from Wallbach. No flavour enhancements are added through the addition of sugar or artificial flavourings. We recommend the Dr. Polidori Dry Tonic with a natural herbal essence.

The tradition of the Thomann distillery family officially began in 1936 with the establishment of a distillery in the washhouse of grandfather Thomann's small farmhouse in Wallbach am Hochrhein. It is reported, however, that even before that, there was already some proper distilling going on in the farmhouse kitchen with a small installation. Thomas Thomann and his wife Yvonne wanted to continue the tradition of Thomas' grandfather. They bought and converted a 200-year-old Wallbach farmhouse and put an old distilling plant from the neighbourhood back into operation. The distillery is still fired with wood, just like in the old days. Each of the products they make today is unique and is made with much love.
