Set of oak barrel-aged rye, spelt & grain spirits
All good things come in fours! These special brandies from the Ehringhausen organic distillery are the ideal gift set for all connoisseurs and lovers of very special drops. The Little Lord No. 1 is a three-year matured organic rye brandy with sweet praline, fine fruity rum and soft wood notes. The No. 2 is a three-year matured organic spelt spirit - expressive, bulky and creamy chocolate tones, soft and fruity with mild flavours of oak, sherry and sultana. The Little Lord No. 3 is a spelt spirit - sweet with a touch of sultana, creamy with toffee, vanilla, oak and mild liquorice. No. 4 in the series is powerfully fragrant with peaty smoke, dark chocolate and sweet, caramelised cherry. A cuvée of spelt and rye, it was aged for about 24 months in former Islay whisky and sherry oak casks and owes its particularly complex and gentle aroma to this time.
