With this gourmet set, you are well prepared for every kitchen battle: whole fiery chillies, fine Flor de Sal, aromatic Herbes de Provence, spicy BBQ salt, exotic Madras curry and whole nutty hot Tellicherry pepper perfectly season every favourite dish. Since the spices are only whole or coarsely ground in the ceramic pots, the valuable essential oils and aromas are preserved. The mixture should be crushed in a mortar or put through a spice grinder just before use.
The following applies to all Pfeffersack & Soehne blends: No powder is added to the high-quality ceramic vessel. Therefore, all ingredients are whole, chopped, ground or coarsely ground, depending on the proportion, and must be finely crushed immediately before use in order to fully develop their aroma.
