Dry Gin
Native meadow herbs and regional fruit varieties are characteristic of Heimat Gin. The classic dry gin is produced in a wood-fired copper still in very small quantities. A total of 18 botanicals such as meadow sage, thyme and ribwort plantain but also apples and pears are used. The taste is initially sweet with tart accents, a light juniper bouquet and pink pepper in the finish and floral aromas in the aftertaste - a complex gin with depth.
Tip: enjoy with classic or Mediterranean tonic.
