This raspberry-rhubarb gruel is a dessert of German cuisine and we in the north love it especially. Especially when it comes from Hamburg and tastes as deliciously fruity as this handmade example from Marge.
For almost ten years now, sweet breakfast lovers have been spreading Marge's fruit spreads on their bread and rolls. Marge Ziegler's fine fruit spreads, jellies and syrups are made from handpicked fruits and regional products in the heart of Hamburg Eimsbüttel. A fruit content of at least 66 per cent and as little sugar as possible make her creations so unadulteratedly fruity and delicious.
