Mango & Coconut Energy Balls
The basic ingredient of the energy balls from Mimi's Garden are juicy sweet dates. The cocoa for the small round treats comes from fair trade. Its sweet-tart taste combines uniquely with the slightly bitter note of the hemp seeds. The recipe is refined with a high proportion of roasted almonds and cashews.
Since 2016, Mimi's Garden has been producing delicious organic fruit confectionery and attaches great importance to the combination of sustainability and social commitment. The packaging is biodegradable and printed with Braille for the blind. For each package sold, two cents go directly to social projects and associations. Only 100% organic raw materials are used for the three varieties of the little happiness makers. They are gluten-free, vegan, free of added sugar, rich in fibre and vitamins and thus a perfect alternative to conventional snacks.
