ASSISTANT IN PERSONNEL (m/f/d)

For our HR department, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Assistant (m/f/d) on 25 hours per week to support us independently from mid-May. You love to work in a structured way? You like to be the contact person for the employees of your company? Then we are looking for exactly you!

We at Mutterland are a multiple award-winning Hamburg delicatessen company with delicatessen stores, gastronomy, our own production kitchen, bakery and an online store. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You support the personnel management in the daily business
  • You are the contact person for our employees
  • You are responsible for personnel administration (e.g. vacation planning)
  • You maintain the personnel files and the time recording system
  • You support the personnel management with the "onboarding" of new colleagues

PROFILE:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have practical experience in modern personnel work
  • You are team-oriented and keep a cool head even in stressful exceptional situations
  • You are a team player and a structured organizational talent
  • You have a high degree of initiative
