You love good coffee, master latte art, are interested in innovative coffee trends and have already gained experience in coffee shops or coffee roasteries? For our in-house coffee brand and our partner roasteries Carroux, Elbgold, Nord Coast, Playground and Quijote, we are looking for an experienced BARISTA (m/f/d) to support our Mutterland Barista Team. Your heart beats for quality and customer satisfaction? You like to stand at the "La Marzocco" and the "Mythos One"? Then you are exactly the right person!

Since 2007, Mutterland in Hamburg has been a pioneer of the regional trend, offering fresh delicacies and special handmade delicacies every day. At the end of 2020, we opened our newly designed Stammhaus on 1000^m2with completely revamped trade, gastronomy and take away area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation, decoration ("latte art") and serving of coffee specialties
Quality assurance and development of new coffee and hot beverages
Ordering, incoming goods inspection and professional storage
Support of the service team
Preparation and follow-up tasks

PROFILE:

You have a passion for good coffee
You have a training as a barista or professional experience
You are a good host and enjoy dealing with guests & customers
You are a team player and reliable colleague
You work structured, clean and independently
You are responsible
You have a soft spot for quality and attention to detail
You are neither racist, homophobic, nor sexist
You are a positive person
