For our business with gastro area we are looking for motivated and experiencedcooks (m/f/d) to enrich our kitchen and the team. You have made your passion for cooking and preparing good food your profession?You are as enthusiastic about natural ingredients as you are about the Regionalist concept? You have an idea of modern and traditional cuisine? Then we are looking for you!

Since 2007, Mutterland in Hamburg has been a pioneer of the regional trend, offering fresh delicacies and special handmade delicacies every day. At the end of 2020 we will open our newly designed Stammhaus on 1000^m2with completely revamped retail, gastronomy and takeaway area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation work and the preparation of food for the to-go business
Independent preparation of the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu
Arrangement of the dishes of our changing menu
Ordering, receiving and checking goods

PROFILE:

You have great pleasure in cooking
You have an apprenticeship as a cook or comparable qualification or experience
You work structured, clean and independently
You are a team player and reliable colleague
You comply with the hygiene standards according to HACCP
