Since 2007, Mutterland has been a pioneer of the regional trend in Hamburg, offering fresh delicacies and special handmade delicacies every day. At the end of 2020 we opened our new designed Stammhaus on 1000 m² with a completely revised retail, gastronomy and take away area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The daily baking and preparation of all our dishes
The preparation of all fresh cakes and tarts, rolls and chocolate
The co-development of new own products
Ordering, acceptance and control of goods

PROFILE:

You enjoy baking
You have successfully completed the training as a baker or confectioner
Ideally, you already have sound professional experience in the chocolate sector
You work in a structured, clean and independent manner
You are a team player and reliable colleague
You enjoy contributing your experience and your own ideas
You don't like ready-made baking mixes
You comply with HACCP hygiene standards
