RESTAURANT MANAGER (m/f/d)

Since 2007, Mutterland has been a pioneer of the regional trend in Hamburg, offering fresh delicacies and special delicacies "Made in Germany" every day and growing steadily. 2020 was a particularly eventful year: Mutterland opened a completely revised gastronomy concept (daytime menu) in an attractive city center location. Completely revised gastronomy concept (day and evening menu) with many new attractions.

For this we are looking for a motivated and experienced restaurant manager (m/f/d) who will support us in this project and drive and lead the team.

You have made your passion for good gastronomy your profession? You want to create something meaningful in a sustainable and fair environment? You are passionate about regional and seasonal food as well as good service? You like it when guests feel comfortable with you and go home with a smile?

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparation of duty rosters
Team leadership and crisis management
Responsibility for smooth operations
Implementation of merchandise training
Responsibility for hygiene
Advice and service
Greeting and saying goodbye to guests
Cash register and daily accounting
Responsibility for a smooth service flow
Coordination of ordering, receiving and checking of goods

PROFILE:

You enjoy dealing with guests
You have strong leadership and hosting skills
You have extensive gastronomic experience
You are competent in the service area
You work in a structured, clean and independent manner
You are a team player and reliable supervisor
You comply with the hygiene standards according to HACCP
