The oil of the small green Koroneiki olive is considered one of the best in Greece and the world! OEL Berlin only uses olives from its own fields. They are harvested by hand and processed into oil through gentle cold pressing. OEL has the highest quality grade "extra virgin". The oil is best used cold: In salads, as a dip, to refine soups or pasta - this is how Greece tastes!
The portrait on the package shows the grandmother of OEL owner Amadeus Tzamouranis. Some of the olives come from her fields in Messinia, Greece.
