Pistachios with Persian Blue Salt
These pistachios from the Berlin manufacturer P-Stash are refined with Persian blue salt, the rarest salt in the world. The violet-blue crystal colour comes from the mineral sylvin, which only petrifies in Iran due to specific climatic and atmospheric conditions.
This classic variety has a salty taste but leaves a sweet note. Reduced to its origin, these pistachios harmonise perfectly with craft beer, gin & tonic and ice cream.
Keep it Nuts! The manufactory P-Stash has made it their mission to produce natural foods in their purest form that supply the body with the most important vitamins, minerals and fibre. In doing so, they have focused on an often underrated vegan superfood: The pistachio.
With hand-picked harvests from Iran and slow, gentle roasting in Berlin, the fine pistachios are produced by hand and according to traditional Persian custom. Persian pistachios are among the highest quality pistachios in the world and are combined here with exclusively selected ingredients.
