Pralines and truffles have a very complex production. Here you will find wonderful tasting works of art made from the finest cocoa. Whether dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate - refined with nuts, fruits, nougat or selected brandies and spirits. Classics such as Marc de Champagne, truffle brittle and rum-cream truffle join our in-house, hand-rolled pralines with caramel sea salt, espresso and white truffle with lemon ganache from the Mutterland glass chocolaterie.
