Crispy cookies, delicious pastries and crumbly cookies have always tempted young and old alike. But what our bakeries succeed in doing is the real art of confectionery production: they are working with nuts, mixing and kneading with the best flours and fresh butter, and in the end they are sometimes decorated with a colorful sugar frosting, rounded off with fine chocolate, and legendary delicacies are created from dried fruits and almond kernels. We produce many of these fine delicacies even in the in-house bakery.
