Die kleinen, weißen Kristalle sind feinster Teezucker von Wasserschloss. Dieser eignet sich nicht nur hervorragend zum Süßen von Tee, sondern ist auch perfekt zum Verfeinern von anderen Heißgetränken. Unter anderem für Kaffee, Punsch oder Grog.
Das Wasserschloss in der historischen Speicherstadt ist wahrscheinlich das meist fotografierte Gebäude in Hamburg. Hinter den großen, hölzernen Eingangstüren duftet es nach Tee und Delikatessen, die im Teekontor gelagert sind.
