Fresh Bio Forest Honey
The forest honey is dark, particularly rich in minerals and very spicy.
Mutterland honey is Bioland certified and is only produced in small quantities. As one of the leading delicatessen traders in Germany, Mutterland attaches particular importance to artisanal, original and gentle production. Especially when it comes to honey, you should go for the organic variety. Why is organic or Bioland honey better? The beehives are exclusively placed in organic cultivation areas or wild areas. With organic honey, the beehives are made of natural raw materials such as wood or straw. The colours used for the hives are free of pollutants and pesticides. Furthermore, the clipping of the queen bee's wings is prohibited and if bees need winter food, this usually consists only of their own honey or pollen. The use of chemicals and medicines is also prohibited in organic honey.
