Hand-stirred fruit spread with 71% fruit content
This fruity fresh strawberry-mint spread with 71.4 % fruit content was cooked exclusively for Motherland. Refined with red currant juice, the spread retains its strong berry colour for a long time. Tastes great on bread, rolls and croissants. It also goes wonderfully with strawberry cakes and the like.
Together with Sven from Gartenhaus Testorf, we have developed this exclusive Motherland collection and produced it in small quantities. The fruit spreads from Gartenhaus Testorf are like an orchard for bread. Lots of fruit. Very little sugar. Very much taste. For almost twenty years, the manufactory has been producing jams and fruit spreads of a quality that convinces gourmets and star chefs alike. Almost all fruit spreads have a high fruit content of 70 percent. As little sugar as necessary is used and small production quantities are deliberately cooked fresh by hand every day. The result is an extraordinarily intense taste aesthetic with a harmonious interplay of acid and sugar, which has become the trademark of the small manufactory from Berlin-Schöneburg.
