Fruit Spread with Raspberries
With a fruit content of 71% sweet raspberries, this breakfast spread is a real classic. Did you know that there are around 250 different varieties with stately names such as Lloyd George or Prussia? Raspberries are rose plants and prefer sunny forest edges where they can develop to their full potential. Only select, fully ripe berries are used for this handmade spread, which is clearly evident in the vibrant pink colour and pure taste.
The fruit spreads from Gartenhaus Testorf are, so to speak, an orchard for bread. Manufacture owner Sven uses very little sugar and a lot of fruit for a lot of flavour. For almost twenty years, the manufactory has been producing jams and fruit spreads of a quality that convinces gourmets and star chefs alike. Almost all fruit spreads have a high fruit content of 70 percent and small production quantities are deliberately cooked fresh by hand every day. This creates an exceptionally intense taste.
