This fruity and spicy pear-ginger spread with 71% fruit content was cooked exclusively for Mutterland. Delicious for breakfast on bread, rolls etc. Also tastes great with a cheese plate in the evening, in a fruity salad dressing or in a marinade for white meat.
Together with Sven from Gartenhaus Testorf, we have developed this exclusive Mutterland collection and produced it in small quantities. The fruit spreads from Gartenhaus Testorf are like an orchard for bread. Very much fruit. Very little sugar. Very much taste. For almost twenty years, the manufactory has been producing jams and fruit spreads of a quality that convinces gourmets and star chefs alike. Almost all fruit spreads have a high fruit content of 70 percent. As little sugar as necessary is used and small production quantities are deliberately cooked fresh by hand every day. The result is an extraordinarily intense taste aesthetic with a harmonious interplay of acid and sugar, which has become the trademark of the small manufactory from Berlin-Schöneburg.
