Just because we northern Germans don't want to be on a first-name basis with the whole world, others say we have a slight tendency to be reserved. Be that as it may, we say yes to us Fischköppen and to Schokovida's milk chocolate flavoured with cocoa bean shavings and a pinch of sea salt. With a light scent of caramel and honey, the Fischkopp caresses the nose and palate. Half-melted on the tongue, the cocoa bean chips enter the stage of taste. A slight spiciness is in the air. Then the finale: sea salt! Each aroma is enhanced by a breath, the pleasure prolonged. Sweet and skilfully sweet.
