Almond croquant with dark chocolate
Florentines to kneel down on! Two layers of delicate almond brittle are filled with gently conched hazelnut nougat and covered with dark chocolate with at least 55% cocoa content. The brittle is still made in the traditional way: Cream, honey, butter, sugar, salt and real vanilla are cooked together in a copper kettle and then baked in the oven with sliced almonds to make brittle.
