The noble drop comes from a small family distillery in the Black Forest, where it is still distilled with heart, hand and wood. The ingredient that makes Boar Gin so special is the rare Burgundy truffle. The truffle removes bitterness and pungency from the gin, resulting in a very mild flavour with a gentle, pleasant finish. Most of the botanicals used grow wild in the Black Forest and are refined with mineral-rich deep spring water. When opened, aromas of juniper, lavender, thyme and a light citrus note unfold. On the tongue, pepper, rosemary and ginger create a complex interplay. We recommend the award-winning tonic water from Aqua Monaco with this. Golden Monaco tastes clear and dry.
