The brandies taste very mild and have a round and fruity aroma. Severin grows many of the raw materials he uses himself on his farm, ensuring that the ingredients for his brandies are always of the highest quality. Severin Simon's award-winning fruit brandies and premium distillates have been distilled in Spessart since 1879 and are real drops of character that you can only find in Hamburg in the motherland.
