Ho, Ho, HnyMee - Ein feierlicher Höhepunkt für unseren Gaumen! Dieser Waldhonig aus dem Hamburger Stadtteil Wilhelmsburg ist etwas Besonderes - denn dieser wird nicht aus Nektar, sondern aus Honigtau gemacht. Das Ergebnis in Kombination mit würzigem Lebkuchengewürz schmeckt sehr aromatisch auf Brot oder im Müsli.
HNYMEE wurde 2016 von Lennard, Sara, Tommy und Lena in Hamburg gegründet. Das Quartett kombiniert Naturschutz und faire Preise für die Imker mit modernem Design. So erhalten die Imker für den Honig einen Preis, der deutlich über dem europäischen Durchschnitt liegt. Zudem wird durch den Kauf der Naturschutz unterstützt: Pro Glas gehen 20 Cent an ein Bienenschutzprojekt.
