The first organic Apéritif Naturel: Naturally invigorating, refreshingly bitter and light. 0% alcohol - 100% Uhlala. Volée is made according to an old family recipe from the French relatives of the manufactory's founders. Hand-picked juice from unfermented Chardonnay grapes, fresh Verjus and intoxicating Damiana, an ancient medicinal plant and aphrodisiac, meet unique grapefruit, mountain peach, elderflower and bitter orange. We recommend the Volée with tonic water on plenty of ice and garnished with fresh grapefruit. If you would like to enjoy it a little more humidly, use Cremant or sparkling wine to top it off. Santé!
Volée comes from the Berlin forge of the Avaa Verjus founders. Thanks to their French aunt Amandine and uncle Jean, the guys were able to bring the "life like God in France" feeling to us in Germany almost 50 years after inventing the recipe. La vie est belle!
