Mr Kaiser brought his idea for honey cream with milk back from a trip to South America: "In Lima, there was dulce de leche everywhere", a sweet milk cream. So he boils down milk, delivered directly from the farmer, to half and flavours it with vanilla, coconut or lime leaves. In the version with chai tea, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and pepper make for a spicy-sweet breakfast treat. Our tip: Add a teaspoon of the cream to your tea and you have your chai tea!
In his Berlin factory, Kristian Kaiser makes wonderful spreads! He boils the milk while stirring it constantly until it becomes an incomparable cream. Then he refines it additionally with honey and spices. This makes his creations a delight not only on sandwiches and croissants.
