Multi-flower Honey with Strawberry and Balsamico
This is a great alternative to strawberry jam for many! Unlike jam, however, Mr Kaiser does not boil down the strawberries. This makes the cream taste more intensely of the red fruit. The balsamic rounds off the breakfast all-rounder with its sweet and sour note. Our tip: pour the cream with sparkling wine.
Kristian Kaiser makes wonderful spreads in his Berlin factory! He boils the milk while stirring it constantly until it becomes an incomparable cream. Then he refines it with honey, spices or berries. This makes his creations a delight not only on sandwiches and croissants.
