Most of the alcohol evaporates during the boiling down process, but the intense flavour of whiskey remains and thus provides an unmistakable note.
Kristian Kaiser makes wonderful spreads in his Berlin factory! For this, he boils the milk while stirring it constantly until it becomes an incomparable cream. Then he refines it additionally with honey and spices. This makes his creations a delight not only on sandwiches and croissants.
