This super delicious organic muesli made from spelt flakes is sweetened with syrup. The pleasantly sweet, vegan honey alternative is extracted from the Topinambur uber. Together with roasted hemp seed, popped amaranth, chopped apricots and barberries, the result is a rustic, not too sweet taste that harmonises wonderfully with wild berry yoghurt. Also suitable for diabetics and allergy sufferers.
Berliner Frühstück has been producing muesli by hand since 1987 and is a pioneer of the natural food movement. Organic mueslis were already being produced here before organic was on everyone's lips. Founder Sofie also runs an organic muesli café in Berlin Kreuzberg where you can of course taste all the creations. Next to the café is the bakery where the wide range of vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly organic mueslis are baked in a traditional baker's oven. All mueslis are mixed and packed by hand. Furthermore, nothing is stored, but only made to order: this is how Berliner Frühstück can guarantee the highest freshness!
