This organic muesli with spelt flakes and buckwheat is baked in a stone oven until crispy and promises a delicious morning. Sweetened with pure acacia honey and refined with coconut flakes, it is also wonderfully suitable for allergy sufferers. In combination with sea buckthorn-orange yoghurt, this muesli is an absolute hit. Of course, it also tastes great with milk and all milk alternatives such as rice, oat and almond drink.
Berliner Frühstück has been producing muesli by hand since 1987 and is a pioneer of the natural food movement. Organic mueslis were already being produced here before organic was all the rage. Founder Sofie also runs an organic muesli café in Berlin Kreuzberg where you can of course taste all the creations. Next to the café is the bakery where the wide range of vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly organic mueslis are baked in a traditional baker's oven. All mueslis are mixed and packed by hand. Furthermore, nothing is stored, but only made to order: this is how Berliner Frühstück can guarantee the highest freshness!
