Mustard with Honey Dill
The perfect mustard for fish: The honey-dill variety is made with the classic "Adrian mustard", delicious honey from a friendly beekeeper and fresh dill from the region. The sweet and spicy combination with a fine hint of dill goes particularly well with salmon, but also tastes great in salad dressings and sauces.
The Schwerter Senfmühle is a small, long-established family business based in Schwerte. At the end of 1999, the historic mustard mill was handed over from its predecessor Wilhelm Adrian, together with the secret family recipe, to the current mustard miller Frank Peisert. The historic double roller mill for crushing the mustard seeds was purchased in 1923 and is still in operation today. This traditional, cold manufacturing process ensures that the mustard seed retains its natural active ingredients.
