This Windmühlen knife is the widest in this series. The blade surface is characterised by two large recesses. These prevent it from sticking to hard or soft cheeses. In addition, the width provides enough stability to cut harder cheeses easily. Thanks to the thinly ground concave shaft, the Fromago Cio cuts all types of cheese without much effort.
