The apple-elderflower jelly from Gartenhaus Testorf tastes wonderfully fruity with juice from German apples and elderflowers from the organic elderberry farm in Schleswig Holstein. Only available from us for a limited time!
The fruit spreads from Gartenhaus Testorf are cooked with a very high fruit content. Most varieties have more than 70% fruit in the jar and therefore do not taste so sweet. The fruit flavour comes fully to the fore and is reminiscent of hand-mixed jam like in grandma's day.
