Mustard with raspberries
This mustard with raspberries is medium hot and yet so fruity. Goes well in vinaigrette and with cheese bread. Soft cheeses made from goat's and sheep's milk should perhaps no longer be eaten without it. Also nice with red cabbage, meat and fruity desserts.
In the small manufactory in Hamburg, owner Eva Osterholz produces a small and fine selection of special mustards and sauces. Delicious, versatile products and variety on the menu, that is one side of Senf Pauli. The other side is about responsibility and sustainability. It is deliberately avoided any artificial additives and ,if possible, regional and seasonal products are used.
