This multiple award-winning "Prototype" lager was the first of its kind in Germany: strongly and cold-hopped lager, brought to life by Oliver Wesseloh. With two aroma hops, this is aged for seven weeks, developing its unique taste and fruity aroma. It combines the lightness of a Pils with the fruitiness of a Pale Ales. Naturally unfiltered and unpasteurised. Brewed by the former world champion sommelier for beer.
More than 100 different beers and over 40 international awards - the small, independent family brewery of the world champion sommelier for beer from Hamburg-Sinstorf has already achieved quite a lot since it was founded in 2011. The Kehrwieder Kreativbrauerei is one of the first generation of creative breweries in Germany and brews on a self-built brewhouse exclusively with green electricity and still with real manual labour. Every bag of malt is poured into the mill by hand, every steam valve is opened and closed by hand - nothing is automated here. The brewing team has had every single bottle in their hands at least seven times before it leaves the brewery. That is Craft!
