An absolutely exceptional specimen to accompany salad dressing, meat and feta: a mustard made from hand-pulled flowers and the aromatic sustainable honey from northern Germany. Mildly sweet with a fine hint of cornflower - a must-have for BBQ & Co.
At Senf Pauli's Hamburg factory, the valuable contents of the mustard are preserved, as Eva Osterholz and her team still use the traditional method of gentle cold grinding and do not de-oil. With high-quality ingredients, wherever possible from the region or from Germany.
