In this wonderful mustard, sun-kissed tomatoes meet the best Italian herbs. It is refined with cranberries and garlic: this is sunshine in a glass, medium hot and cheerful. So off to the fully set barbecue table with it, because it is particularly suitable here! It also tastes great in salad dressings, as a spread or on a cheese platter.
In the small factory in Hamburg, owner Eva Osterholz produces a small and fine selection of special mustards and sauces. Delicious, versatile products and variety on the menu, that is one side of Senf Pauli. The other side is about responsibility and sustainability. There is a conscious decision not to use any artificial additives and ,if possible, regional and seasonal products are used. In this way, you support sustainable agriculture when eating and we support sustainable agriculture when producing.
