Fruit spread with 80% mirabelles
This top-fruit spread has it all: a whole 80% mirabelle plums. The mirabelle plum is a particularly delicious subspecies of the plum with aromatically sweet flesh. Sun-ripened, the fruits are processed by hand into a noble fruit spread without any artificial additives. Tastes delicious on a fresh roll or homemade pancake.
Königskind is Uwe König's small gourmet manufactory in the Oberberg region. What began in 2005 as a hobby in the kitchen at home became an official project of the heart in 2014. From the untreated fruits of local nature, delicacies are made by hand in the small manufactory that have already been forgotten by many. Fruit spreads, mustard, chutney and co. are produced completely without flavourings, colourings, preservatives and flavour enhancers.
