Fruity chutney with pears and peppers
This fruity and spicy pear chutney is carefully handmade from freshly harvested fruit. Refined with lots of regional paprika, sweet-tart maple syrup and ginger, the chutney does without any artificial additives. It tastes great with cheese, on a burger or sandwich and with freshly made patties.
Königskind is Uwe König's small gourmet manufactory in the Oberberg region. What began in 2005 as a hobby in the kitchen at home became an official project of the heart in 2014. From the untreated fruits of local nature, delicacies are made by hand in the small manufactory that have already been forgotten by many. Fruit spreads, mustard, chutney and co. are produced completely without flavourings, colourings, preservatives and flavour enhancers.
