In the small manufactory in Hamburg, owner Eva Osterholz produces a small and fine selection of special mustards and sauces. Delicious, versatile products and variety on the menu, that is one side of Senf Pauli. The other side is about responsibility and sustainability. There is a conscious decision not to use any artificial additives and ,if possible, regional and seasonal products are used. In this way, you support sustainable agriculture when eating and we support sustainable agriculture when producing.
